ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(2) IPC in Crime 1/3

No.237 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to some dispute, the petitioner abused the defacto complainant in filthy language and also assaulted him by throwing stones at him.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) for the respondent submits that the defacto complainant sustained injuries on his head, because of assault of the petitioner. That apart, he is having three previous cases pending as against him. 5.Considering the fact that the petitioner is having three previous cases and also condition of the defacto complainant, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
