O R D E R
This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent No.2 to conduct the enquiry based on the Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011 (C.No.52338/C1/2011) to pass an orders on merits within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
2.Heaard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents. 3.The lelarned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that after filing the Writ Petition, the petitioner has sent a detailed representation to the second respondent dated 21.06.2017. He further submitted that it would suffice if a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.06.2017.
4. Considering the nature of prayer now sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petition dated 21.06.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing an opportunity to the necessary parties.
5.With the above directions, this Writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed.
