Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.We are not inclined to interfere with the comprehensive order passed by the respondents. The remedy open to the petitioner is to approach the jurisdictional special court. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
