********** Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner had submitted the petition mentioned applications to the second respondent seeking permission to hold the petition mentioned events.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader submits that the petitioner cannot be considered as an exclusive organizer of the event as there is a rival claim. In response to the said submission, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there was difference of opinion among the villagers, but the same has been resolved in a Peace Committee Meeting.

4. If that be so, the second respondent shall permit the holding of the events by issuing appropriate proceedings stipulating appropriate condition to ensure the smooth conduct of the events and the same shall be adhered to in letter and spirit by the petitioner herein. If there is any rival claim, the second respondent shall not permit the holding of the events. The learned Special Government Pleader is directed to inform the second respondent about the passing of this order without waiting for the certified copy.
