This writ petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent herein to issue patta to the property in T.S.No.4, Ward -D, Block -1, 2400 sq.ft. situated at Kodaikanal, Dindigul District based on the petitioner's representation dated 21.12.2016. 2.Mr.T.S.Mohamed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

3.By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself. 4.It is needless to say that it is for the respondent to consider the request of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the rival claimants, if any.

5.Therefore, this Court is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner. However, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 21.12.2016 and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the rival claimants, if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
