Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in pursuant to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in Se.Mu.Na.No. Radhapuram/15774/2018 dated 09.03.2018 confirming the appellate and original order passed by the 2nd respondent and 3rd respondent in Mu.Mu.No.2402/17(U) dated 08.12.2017 and Na.Ka.No.7823/2016/R.V2 dated 23.06.2017 respectively quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service as salesman in the respondent Corporation with all attendant benefits.
