The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to implement the order passed by the first respondent dated 05.01.2023 in Na.Ka.No.A6/6060/2020 by considering her representation, dated 17.04.2023.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that patta No.920 stands in the name of the petitioner in respect of the property situate in S.No.8/62, Velayuthapuram Village. The patta No.921 stands in the name of the petitioner's husband in respect of the property situate in S.No.8/63. However, in respect of very same patta numbers, patta has been issued in favour of third parties in respect of some other survey numbers. Therefore, the petitioner submitted an application before the first respondent seeking rectification of revenue records. The first respondent by his order, dated 05.01.2023 in Na.Ka.No.m6/6060/2022, passed an order for rectification of revenue records and issuance of new patta. The same has not been implemented. Hence, she has come before this Court. 2/4

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that though the first respondent directed the second respondent and other subordinate officials to correct the digital revenue records, the same can be done only by the first respondent. 4.In the view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to see that his order dated, 05.01.223 in Na.Ka.No.m6/6060/2022 is implemented, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
