This Writ Petition is filed seeking direction to the second respondent to grant permission to the petitioner to run a temporary Omni Bus parking place in Survey Nos.303, 138, 104 and 105 at Kulavanigarpuram Village, Tirunelveli.
2.The petitioner is owning 4.5 acres of vacant land. In that vacant space, he wants to accommodate the mini buses, running through Tirunelveli to Chennai and other places, for which, he https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P(MD) No.9555 of 2019 sought permission from the Corporation of Tirunelveli. The second respondent Corporation has informed the petitioner that they can take a decision only after examining the proposal in the light of the rules and regulations of the Corporation. The said letter was communicated to the petitioner on 06.03.2019. But, till date the second respondent Corporation has not taken final decision in this issue. Therefore, the petitioner seeks a direction to the second respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's representation. 3.Considering the limited prayer, a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 01.03.2019 and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
