This petition is filed to condone the delay of 13 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the 1st respondent and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 2 to 4.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and taking into consideration that the respondents have no objection in allowing this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 13 days. 4.Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission on 29.04.2025.
