*********** [Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus forbearing the respondents 1 to 3 from opening a TASMAC Liquor shop in S.No.19/2A1, situated at behind Shiva Automobile, Chennai National Highway, Subramaniyapuram, Trichy.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3. 3.Though the petitioner sought for larger relief, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that pending representation may be directed to be considered by the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Considering the pendency of the representation dated 15.10.2018, we direct the first respondent to consider the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
