The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that earlier there was proceeding and based on such proceeding the petitioner is seeking to put up shop on his own cost with the direction to collect rent. However, subsequently there was a change in the policy. In the allotted land, certain shops have been constructed.
3. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits directs the respondent to consider the petitioners claim and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight (8) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. In view of the above, the Writ Petitions are allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
