The petitioner seeks speedy disposal of I.A No.45 of 2017 in O.S No.2 of 2006 and I.A No.84 of 2018 in I.A No.45 of 2017 in O.S No.2 of 2006 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Tiruchendur. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The said request is reasonable. Therefore, the court below is directed to dispose of the said one As on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, these civil revision petitions are allowed. No costs.
