2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as contesting respondents submitted that the relief sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
