[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to evict the pathway encroachment in Survey No.446/16, situated at Maravamangalam Village & Post, Kalaiyarkovil Taluk, Sivagangai District, based on the representation of the petitioner dated 11.09.2020.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the encroachments pointed out by the petitioner have already been removed.

3. The abovesaid submissions of the learned Special Government Pleader is not refuted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Thus, recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. [R.M.D., J.] [J.S.N.P., J.] 09.11.2022 vsm TO:
