ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to file the final report in Crime No.6 of 2016 dated 02.01.2016 and proceed with the same as per law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation is going on and a final report will be filed within one month.

4. Considering the submission, the 2nd respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
