Considering the innocuous relief which is sought for by the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is ordered at the admission stage itself without notice to the respondent.
2.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of on the following terms:
(i)The learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, is requested to dispose of the petition in H.M.O.P.No.988 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than six(6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
