The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to taken on file to number the petitioner's 1/4

objection petition dated 09.04.2025 in the schedule of the property bearing Survey No.96/2B of A.Valayapatti Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District on the file of the respondent.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's objection petition dated 09.04.2025 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
