O R D E R

*********** [Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner seeks removal of encroachments committed on a public road, which is comprised in Survey No.270 and Survey No.308 at N.S.Nagar, Seelappadi Village, Dindigul West Taluk, Dindigul. He gave a representation dated 21.05.2017 in this regard. Since no action was taken, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Revenue records have been produced to show that the Survey No.270 is classified as a road. Therefore, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to respondents 5 and 6 herein and after following due process of law, remove the encroachment, if any. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
