Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to refund the TDS amount which was deducted on 10.02.2016 from the petitioner's M.C.O.P.No.248 of 2007 award amount by the 2nd respondent and paid to the 1st respondent account on the basis of the 2nd respondent's letter in Ref.091300/ACS/2019 dated 11.03.2019 to the petitioner within a time stipulated by this Court.
