ORDER

[ Order of the Court was delivered by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] This writ petition has been filed for directing the authorities to not to permit the 6th respondent herein to open a Branch School in the name and style "Sharp Genius Nursery and Primary School".

2.It appears that there is an inter se management dispute between the writ petitioner and the respondent No.6. Such issues do not fall in the realm of public interest. The writ petitioner will have to workout his remedy before the competent Civil Court. The writ petition is misconcieved and it stands dismissed. No costs.
