Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded. 4.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass her.
