O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by T.RAJA, J.) The petitioner has filed the present writ petition for a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 23.12.2015. In and by the said appeal, the petitioner sought for issuance of Hindu Malaikuravan Community Certificate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
for his school going children, namely, (1) A.Suresh and (2) A.Shanthi, on the basis of the community certificate issued in favour of his family members.
2.Learned counsel for the petitioner, referring to an order passed by this Court dated 13.06.2015 in W.P.(MD) No.6909/2015, submitted that this Court, while appreciating the G.O. determining the time limit for dispose of the appeal, granted only 30 days time.
3.With reference to the time limit, we are satisfied that the appeal filed by the petitioner is pending from December 2015 and therefore, putting on notice the learned Additional Government Pleader, we direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal on merits within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
