The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to conduct survey and demarcate the petitioner's property.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has made an application only on 16.04.2025, I am of the view that reasonable time will have to be given to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application for survey. In the light of the above, the 2nd respondent is directed to conduct survey based on the petitioner's application, dated 16.04.2025, within a period of sixteen (16) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If necessary, the 2nd respondent shall take the assistance of the jurisdictional police officials, namely the 3rd respondent, the cost of which shall be met by the petitioner. 2/4

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
