Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner has given a representation dated 08.04.2024 seeking issuance of patta. The fourth respondent is directed to dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The fourty respondent shall put the interested persons, if any, on notice before passing final order. It is open to the fourth respondent to pass order one way or the other.
