This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to issue an appointment order to the Petitioner on compassionate ground as per her educational qualification by including her name in the seniority list in the place of her brother Sivaperumal.

the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.When the matter is taken up the learned counsel for the respondents has produced a Government Order in G.O(D)No.1136, Home (PoL.XV)Department, dated 16.11.2016.
4.The learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that in view of the above Government Order, the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous and hence the Writ Petition may be dismissed.
5.In view of the same, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by the issuance of the above Government Order, it is open to him to get redressal of her grievance in accordance with law. No costs.
