ORDER

This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 44 days in filing the present criminal revision case before this Court as against the order made in 1/3

C.A.No.19 of 2022, dated 06.11.2024 on the file of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge (FTC), Theni filed against the judgment of conviction and sentence imposed on the petitioner by the learned JM (FTC), Theni, Theni District made in S.T.C.No.9 of 2021, dated 29.11.2021.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned on condition to pay a sum of Rs.500/- to the Siddha Clinic, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. (A/c No.6865578213, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court), within two (2) days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.

3. Registry is directed to number the criminal revision case and post the case on 10.07.2025.
