ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to restore the patta for the property in survey No.278/1 measuring 0.36.0 Ares situated in Kundumanippatti-Elurpatti, Thottiyam Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District, by considering his representation dated 27.03.2025. 2.Heard the arguments of Mr.N.Sudhagar Nagaraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.According to the petitioner, she purchased the above mentioned property from her mother under a registered sale deed dated 30.08. 2011. Thereafter, patta was issued in the name of the petitioner in Patta No. 4218. Subsequently, the patta was erroneously changed to the name of the petitioner's grandmother namely Kanniammal. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation on 27.03.2025 seeking rectification of the revenue records and restoration of the patta in her name. However, the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court. 5.In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 27.03.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to all the
