Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.72023/W1/E2/2018, dated 02.04.2019 on the file of the respondent no.1 and quash the same as illegal and consequently for a direction, directing the respondent no.1 to appoint an unbiased enquiry officer other than the 2nd respondent and to conduct the enquiry by way of providing adequate opportunity to the petitioner to cross-examine the witnesses within the period stipulated by this Court.
