This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action upon petitioner's complaint dated 06.03.2025.
2.According to the petitioner, she sent a complaint dated 06.03.2025 to the respondent police, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's complaint and counter complaint against the petitioner are under consideration with the second respondent and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, in accordance with law.
4.Recording the said submission that the petitioner's complaint is pending with the second respondent, this Court directs the second respondent to conduct enquiry upon the petitioner's complaint dated 06.03.2025 and counter complaint and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of fifteen days, from the date of this 2/4
order, after affording opportunity to both the parties. 5.With the above observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
