This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the first respondent to withdraw the petitioner's complaint, dated 06.07.2021 from the file of the second respondent to any other investigating officer. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 06.07.2021, the second respondent conducted enquiry and the same has been closed on 25.09.2021. 3.In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
