This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 112 days in filing criminal revision petition against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Crl.M.P(MD)No.9312 of 2026 632 of 2024 in S.T.C.No.1 of 2023 dated 27.03.2025 on the file of the Fast Track Judicial Magistrate Court, Eraniel.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that he has strong objection.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned on condition to pay a sum of Rs.500/- to the Siddha Clinic, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. (A/c No.6865578213, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court). Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
