ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Principal District Court, Pudukkottai to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.16 of 2023 as expeditiously as 1/3

possible within a time frame as stipulated by this Court. (*)"2.Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the fifth respondent. Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the respondents 1 to 4, notice to the respondents 1 to 4 is dispensed with." 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners filed a suit in O.S.No.16 of 2023 on the file of the Principal District Court, Pudukkottai seeking partition and permanent injunction. He further submits that the suit is pending from the year 2023 without any progress. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the suit.

4.In view of the above submission, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.16 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible based upon the seniority of the cases. No costs.
