O R D E R
Heard Mr.N.Dilip Kumar, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.P.Athimoola Pandian, learned Counsel, who takes notice for the respondents 2 and 3.
2. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3, on instructions, would submit that as per the decision taken by the Commissioner of Municipality Administration, dated 30.05.2017, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the respondents 2 and 3 have decided to bring 260 shops constructed in Vadasery Kanagamoolam Chandai separately for auction. It is further submitted that in view of the subsequent events, the respondents have no objection to quash the impugned tender notice.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3, the order impugned in this Writ Petition is quashed. The respondents are at liberty to bring the shops individually for auction. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
