ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner informs the Court that he could not get instructions from his client. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the official respondents states that even though in the writ prayer it has been mentioned that it is a sale deed, the subject matter of the proceeding is a sale agreement. The official respondents have instructed the learned Additional Government Pleader that the sale agreement had already been registered and also handed over to the writ petitioner. It appears from the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader that nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. 3.Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of.
