For Respondent : Mr.P.Kottaichamy Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.1027 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under section 379 of IPC in Crime No.1027 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 16.09.2020, at about 02.00 pm, the defacto complainant parked his bike bearing Registration No. TN 48 AJ 9448 before a Hotel. When he returned from the Hotel, his bike was missing. Hence, the complaint.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. It is reported that the petitioner is having two previous cases of similar nature.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is having two previous cases of similar nature, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.
