ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners 1/3

would submit that as per the direction of this Court dated 18.05.2023, the first accused paid a sum of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand only) as monthly maintenance, to the defacto complainant regularly and has also produced some documents to that effect before this Court. He further submitted that the petitioners are only in-laws of the defacto complainant. 2.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and considering the limited role that has been played by the petitioners, the interim anticipatory bail that has been already granted by this Court, dated 18.05.2023, is made absolute.
