ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) The prayer sought for in this Writ Petition is for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to take action against the sixth 2/6

respondent, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 29.05.2024 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides. 3.The petitioner has made a complaint against the style of functioning of the sixth respondent, where a lot of nuisance has been created in that area that is the allegation made by the petitioner against the sixth respondent and in this regard, a detailed representation has been given by him on 29.05.2024 to the official respondents to take action against the sixth respondent. In order to consider the same and to take action, the petitioner has moved the present Writ Petition. 4.Heard Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader, who accepts notice for the respondents 1 and 3, Mr.S.S.Madhavan, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), who accepts for the respondents 2 and 4 and Mr.S.Deenadhayalan, learned standing counsel, who accepts notice for the fifth respondent. In view of the order that is proposed to be passed in this Writ Petition, notice to the sixth respondent is hereby dispensed with.

5.Having regard to the projection of the factual matrix by both sides and taking note of the submissions made by the learned respective counsels appearing for the parties, this Court is inclined to dispose of this Writ Petition with the following order:

'That there shall be a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 29.05.2024 and pass orders thereon, of course, after giving an opportunity of being heard to the sixth respondent and the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period a eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With this direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
