O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents no.1 to 3 to take action on petitioner's complaint dated 19.04.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, he sent the complaint dated 19.04.2025 to the respondents no.1 to 3, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner sent the complaint only through online and they assigned C.S.R.No.272 of 2025 and the same is under consideration by the 2nd respondent. They will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

4. Since the petitioner sent the complaint only through online and the same is pending for consideration, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the complaint of the petitioner dated 19.04.2025 and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of one week from the date of this order and the petitioner is also directed to appear Page No. 2 of 4

before the 2nd respondent on 02.05.2025.
