ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The Writ Petition has been instituted to direct the respondents to remove the petitioner's village name from the Black spot villages list maintaining and hung up by the 2nd respondent in Thiruppuvanam Police Station.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor based on the written instructions would submit that the name of the Village has been removed from the blackmarking Board. The information board provided reveals that the information stated in Column 11 has been erased. That being so, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
