Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(i) I.P.C in Crime No.212 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that one Maripandi had given a loan to the tune of Rs.1,00,000/- to the first accused, namely Ganesan. On 08.08.2018, Maripandi went to the house of the first accused to collect the loan amount from him. At that time, there was a wordy quarrel between the first accused and Maripandi. During the course of quarrel, these persons assaulted the Maripandi with deadly weapons. Hence, the complaint.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that during the time of occurrence the said Maripandi sustained grievous injuries. Hence, he vehemently opposed the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Taking note of the nature of allegations made against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
