2. The petitioner is assailing the validity of the document executed in the year 1969, 1972 &1976. The first respondent may not be in a position to go into these aspects. The petitioner has to necessarily establish his rights before the jurisdictional civil Court.

3. Granting liberty to the petitioner to move the jurisdictional civil Court, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
