ORDER

This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to rectify the wrong entries made on the revenue records in respect to the survey No.515/17, situated at Ilanji Village, Door No.91/1, Tenkasi-shencottai main road, Tenkasi Taluk, Tenkasi District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 23.07.2018. 2.Heard M/s.A.Banumathy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.M.Mari Chelliah Prabhu, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. 3.According to the petitioner, he got the petition mentioned property from his family members through partition in Survey No.515/17 on 07.11.2013. Thereafter, the petitioner's father sold the property to the fourth respondent to an extent of 2.25 cents in S.No.515/11, which is the adjacent land of the petitioner. In such circumstances, the fourth respondent name has been wrongly made on the revenue records, in the petitioner's S.No.515/7. W.P.(MD)No.13350 of 2020 23.07.2018 to the first respondent, who in turn, forwarded the said representation to the second respondent through his communication letter dated 06.08.2018. Since no action has been taken, the petitioner is before this Court.

4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 23.07.2018 will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed in accordance with law, within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

5.Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the thrid respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.07.2018 and to pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, after providing due opportunity to the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
