2. The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents states that the valuation report is expected to be received from the fifth respondent within a period of two weeks. The fresh tender process will be held within a period of four weeks thereafter.

3. I direct that the entire excise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from today (04.07.2022).
