ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who were arrested and in judicial custody since 21.08.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 342, 324, 307 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.231 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that when the defacto complainant questioned the motive between the defacto complainant and the petitioners, the petitioners along with A3, attacked the defacto complainant complainant and his friend with Aruval and abused them in filthy language and caused dire consequences. Hence, the complaint.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are father and son and the defacto complainant, due to the previous enmity, has lodged the complainant against the family members of the petitioners. He would further submit that the petitioners are incarceration from 21.08.2018. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is pending and the injured has been discharged from the hospital.

hospital, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail, subject to the following conditions; (i)each of the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam;
