Village Panchayats and Panchayat Union Councils) Rules, 1999 and by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 23.09.2020, within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition was filed for a direction to the fourth respondent to extend the petitioner's lease period for fishing rights.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the period of lease was extended and now the petitioner is continuing to operate his fishing right by virtue of the extension of lease period.
