The petitioner has approached this Court that the respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the respondents are not harassing the petitioner. The respondent Police went in search of petitioner's son in Cr.No.12 of 2024, which was registered under POCSO Act. The petitioner is not involved in the aforesaid Crime Number and on apprehension of arrest, the petitioner has filed this petition. 3.In view of the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
