(MD).No.4854/2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.4778/2022 dated 18.04.2022. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KARUNAKARAN K M, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.MP(MD)No.4854 of 2022 on 18.04.2022 in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.4778 of 2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court Crl.MP(MD)No.4854 of 2022 on 18.04.2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4778 of 2022 is further https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month, ie., on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
