Respondents Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to place petitioner's representation dated 10.07.2020 before the District Level Empowered Committee and pass order in the light of this Court order in W.P.(MD)No.13429 of 2013, dated 28.05.2019 and disburse the medical reimbursement amount of Rs.1,59,973/- to the petitioner along with interest within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to place petitioner's representation dated 10.07.2020 before the District Level Empowered Committee and to pass order in the light of this Court order in W.P.(MD)No.13429 of 2013, dated 28.05.2019 and disburse the medical reimbursement amount of Rs.1,59,973/- to the petitioner along with interest.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner submitted a representation dated 10.07.2020, seeking 1/3

medical reimbursement. Since, the second respondent has not considered his representation, he filed this writ petition seeking appropriate directions.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent fairly submitted that the representation of the petitioner will be considered and disposed of within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.Recording the submissions of the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.07.2020 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With this direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
