In view of the same, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In fine, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
