made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner to relax the condition imposed on him by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6116 of 2024, dated 22.04.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly except three days.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this petition is allowed and the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6116 of 2024 is relaxed.
